Angelo Angerame, CEO of Hudson Regional LTC Pharmacy and a 1983 graduate of Albany College of Pharmacy, will receive the Distinguished Alumni Award from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (ACPHS). The college will present the award during its Reunion Weekend in Albany on October 2 and 3, 2026.

"The Distinguished Alumni Award is the highest honor an alumnus can achieve."

The award recognizes a lifetime of career accomplishment, community impact, and contributions to the pharmacy profession.

A Career Across Pharmacy

Angelo's career spans retail, hospital, and long-term care pharmacy, along with pharmacy consulting and leadership. He has served as President of the Pharmacists Society of Orange County, and as CEO he leads Hudson Regional LTC Pharmacy in its work with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) agencies across New York.

Giving Back to the Community

Angelo has long been involved in the I/DD community beyond the pharmacy. Throughout the years, Angelo has been involved with LEAP for Autism, the skydiving fundraiser that supports Greystone Programs, and this year he helped the Woodbourne Crew get their very own hot dog stand up and running. In the September 2026 newsletter, he shared what this community means to him:
